Our psychology sessions provide a safe, confidential space to support you on your journey and re-connect with your goals and values. Whether you are managing stress, navigating relationships, or experiencing emotional challenges, our psychologists work collaboratively to ensure you get the most out of your sessions.

Assessment
We offer comprehensive psychological assessment packages to assist with diagnosis, treatment planning or personal development. Our psychologists use evidence-based tools to ensure that you receive a thorough assessment for a range of neurological conditions, including ADHD or ASD.

Session Fees
At Lane Wellness, our session fees do vary depending on the type of session (e.g. standard therapy session or assessment), the clinician’s registration and experience.
Please note, we are not a bulk-billing practice, and out-of-pocket fees do apply for all services.
Medicare rebates may apply with a valid referral (including GP Mental Health Care Plans or Enhanced Primary Care Plan). Please note that Medicare rebates do not apply for sessions with Provisional Psychologists or Allied Health Assistants.
For clients experiencing financial hardship, please have a confidential chat with our Client Support Team about available options for additional funding.
We accept a range of referral types, including NDIS Plan-Managed or NDIS Self-Managed participants, and private referrals. Please note, we do not offer HICAPS on-site, and private claims will need to be lodged externally following your appointment.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure that we can provide the highest quality of care to our clients, we require at least two (2) business days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do not provide two (2) business days’ notice (48-hours) or do not attend your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee. This fee must be paid in full before the commencement of your next session at Lane Wellness.
Your cancellation notice would be much appreciated, as this can enable us to provide services to other clients who may require an urgent appointment. This timeframe also allows our clinicians to manage their schedule effectively and potentially offer the time slot to another client on their waitlist. Cancellation fees are charged as this time has been set aside for you and cannot be filled at short notice. Please note cancellation fees are only billed if an appointment is unable to be filled with another client appointment.
Prior to your scheduled appointment, you may receive an SMS reminder with your appointment booking. Please note, this SMS is sent as a courtesy service and may be impacted by technical difficulties, office closures or staff illness. As such, the absence of an SMS reminder will not lead to cancellation fees being waived. Lane Wellness is permitted to reschedule appointments at any time if necessary in the event of staff illness, office closure, emergency circumstances or unforeseen events.
